| Study and research are fundamental to have up to date products. Aeco invests in research through its highly qualified staff to offer technically advanced products, a wide range of sensors and new projects, that are the strong point of our Company. |
Inductive sensors SI series
 |
These are electronic transducers which produce an output signal
when a metallic object (steel, aluminium, copper, brass etc)
enters into their sensing area from any direction without coming
into contact. |
Inductive ring sensors SIA series
 |
These are sensors which have their sensing area formed in a ring and sensing occurs when a metallic mass enters this ring. They are particularly suitable for sensing, counting and checking small metal parts: screws, nuts washers etc. or for similar applications. |
Inductive sensors with extended switching distance
 |
These sensors which have identical mechanical and electrical characteristics to the standard sensors are applied with double switching distance.
They are available in 6.5 - 8 - 12 - 18 - 30mm respectively and not embeddable with sensing distances. |
Capacitive level controls SC-SCD series
 |
These are used where it is necessary to control with a high degree
of security the level of non conductive substances both liquid
and solid.
They are particularly used for controlling the level in silos for
cereals and foodstuffs, in feed plants, foundries and cement
works.
They function in the vicinity of the material to be controlled. |
Conductivity level control CL series
 |
This instrument is suitable for controlling the level of a large
number of electrically conductive liquids (water, chemical solutions and solid conductive materials) and can be used in the chemical textile and wine making industries as well as civil and industrial, plants irrigation and water treatment. |
Paddle and membrane level controls
 |
These are used for the maximum and minimum level in silos
and mill hopper which contain powder or grain material
which can be cereals, plastic material, sand etc. In the SE-A
series the paddle turns at low speed which when in contact
with material stops turning causing a contact to switch.
In the SM 85 the functioning is caused by material pressing
on a rubber membrane which causes a micro switch positioned
internally to operate. |
Electronic rotation control CRTP
 |
This unit is used for checking for the slowing down of rotating units due to the slipping of belts of clutches, fracture of transport belts or chains or as a motor protection in the case of mechanical overload.
This control is carried out by the CRTP controller which is made up of an electronic circuit which is enclosed in a plastic container which has an undecal plug and a sensor which can be inductive, capacitive or photoelectric. |
Capacitive sensors SC series
 |
These are electronic transducers which provide an output signal when any type of material (Wood, metal plastic, granular and powder product) comes into their sensing area without coming into contact. |
Capacitive sensors for high temperature
 |
They should be considered as part of the traditional range of sensors with the difference that electronic portion is completely separate from the sensing part which is in the form of an extension which can withstand temperature from -200 ÷ +250 °C. These products are used to control the levels of hot materials such as liquids, oil, powder and plastic granules. They also sense solid metallic and non-metallic bodies positioned in areas of high temperature. ALSC Amplifier in plastic housing with UNDECAL PLUG |
Magnetic sensors SM series
 |
These are made of a reed switch, which can be switched by a magnet.
There is no mechanical movement and the contacts are protected and hermetically enclosed in a glass bulb which contains inert gasses, mechanical and electrical deterioration is therefore kept to minimum.
The standard version is supplied with open, closed and changeover contacts. |
Power supplies and amplifiers AL series
 |
They are supplied in compact plastic housing version with UNDECAL plug.
They can be applied with inductive, capacitive and photoelectric sensors in D.C. current when a more powerful relay output signal is requested or timing function is needed. |
Photoelectric sensors FT series
 |
These are infrared electronic transducers which supply an output signal when an object of any type of material passes into their range. Types available: Thru Beam (B), reflection with reflector (R) polarised reflection with reflector (AR) and direct reflection (P). Available in the cable or in the H plug version for M12 connector. The short circuit protection is incorporated. |
Fiber optic sensors
 |
These sensors work electronically like any other photoelectric sensor, with the difference that the light emitted and received is transported by a fiber optic, which has a very small and variously shaped end and can be installed away from the electronic circuit. |
Reflectors CT series
 |
In addition to the Fotostar® programme by AECO we can offer a
wide range of reflectors to be used with the reflection photocells which simplify most of the applications.
Every object which is placed between the photocell and the
reflector interrupts the light and switches the photocell on.
Reflectors are made of acrylic and polycarbonate material.
They are also available in the adhesive scotchlight type.
Our range of reflectors includes types suitable for polarised
photocells.
They are also available in various dimensions: from the
smallest circular one (20 mm.dia.) to the greatest square one
(100x100 mm.)
AECO reflectors are very interesting because of their quality/price convenience. |
